At Oštarija Herbelier, we pay our respects to local and fresh ingredients that we blend into indigenous – and sometimes forgotten – recipes of our grandmothers. We connect the dishes with the local herbs. The dishes for you are prepared by the dedicated team of master chef Robert Gregorčič.

The plates, which we use to pamper your taste buds, carry the scent of Lower Carniola, known as Dolenjska in Slovenia. We are extremely attentive to our selection of ingredients: Here, we swear by the local ingredients, while we also get inspired by top culinary techniques and by discovering the world’s gastronomic treasure troves.

Visit us with those who you love, respect and appreciate. Our restaurant seats 65 people, with 20 more welcome on the terrace.
